Rodney Dahlquist
Rodney Dahlquist is the firm’s go-to partner for complicated litigation or legal questions. Rodney has handled a variety of complex civil lawsuits, involving both individual and business disputes. From advising businesses to lawsuits and transactions, he has broad problem-solving experience both in and out of court. Rodney has served on the Board and legal affairs committee of the Metropolitan Omaha Property Owners’ Association.

- Doe v. State of Nebraska, 8:09-cv-456. Successfully litigated constitutional challenge against the State of Nebraska
- Limmer v. City of Council Bluffs, CVCV112503. Successfully litigated class action challenge to fee imposed by City, resulting in a refund to property owners for the excess charges.
- Successfully represented plaintiff shareholder in a derivative RICO action, resulting in a beneficial settlement for the client.
