Ross serves “Of Counsel” with the firm and brings over a decade of professional business experience to the group. His areas of expertise include real estate, business sales & transitions, entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, business planning, human resources, insurance, and finance. Ross started his professional career in insurance and consulting in the Pacific Northwest before moving back to Omaha to earn his law degree. Additionally, he holds a real estate license and is a part of a team that is responsible for over a half a billion dollars in transactions. He uses his real estate license to represent clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions, which include: selling/buying, leasing, development, and investing.
He can relate to clients due to personal experience with various real estate deals and because he successfully purchased, grew, and sold a business in the pet care & services industry. He has a proven track record of successfully navigating various deals and opportunities and has a wealth of resources to leverage. Friehe earned his law degree and business law certification from Creighton University School of Law and received his bachelor's degree from Bellevue University with a focus in business marketing and management.
